Bradley A. Jabour, M.D.

Dr Jabour is a nationally recognized neuroradiologist with more than 20 years experience in academic and clinical practice. He completed his fellowship in Neuroradiology at the UCLA Medical Center. He served on the Faculty of Radiology in both Head and Neck and Neuroradiology at the UCLA Medical Center.

Dr Jabour was appointed on the UCLA faculty as a professor and went on to become Chief of Neuroradiology at the UCLA/VA Medical Center. Dr Jabour has authored more than 40 peer review research articles on neuroradiology, vascular and head and neck radiology, and has written several chapters in leading radiology textbooks. In addition to being a sought-after lecturer, Dr Jabour received the prestigious Certificate of Merit Award from the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in 1991 for his research in defining the role of PET scanning in detecting cancer in the extracranial head and neck.

Dr Jabour gained national recognition for developing a new technique using CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease. He is an active member of numerous professional societies, including the American Medical Association, the Radiological Society of North America, the California Radiology Society, the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology and the Society for Spine Radiology. Dr Jabour has pioneered cutting-edge breakthroughs in imaging and has launched various leading multi-disciplinary medical and business ventures, including an outpatient surgery center (DISC), advanced brain therapeutics for the treatment of depression (Smart Brain and Health), a center dedicated to women’s health issues Women’s Imaging and Breast Care Center) and state-of-the-art imaging facilities in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills Medical Imaging Center of Southern California).

Our radiologists

Ross Eto, M.D.

Dr Eto has been a highly respected member of the radiology community for 20 years. He received his medical degree from the University of California – San Francisco School of Medicine. He went on to complete an internal medicine residency at Wadsworth Veterans Administration Hospital-UCLA before going on to a radiology residency at the University of California-Davis and the University of Washington, School of Medicine.

Dr Eto then completed a fellowship in Pediatric Radiology at Children’s Hospital – Los Angeles and a fellowship in Neuroradiology at USC County Medical Center. He worked as the Director of MRI at Santa Monica Medical Center, after which he served as the Director of MRI and Chairman of the Department of Radiology at Huntington Memorial Hospital. While he completed fellowships in both Neuroradiology and Pediatric Radiology, Dr Eto is also skilled in musculoskeletal and body imaging, and is certified in Nuclear Medicine.

Edwin Glass, M.D.

Dr Glass is a renowned Nuclear Medicine physician who has worked in the LA community for over 25 years. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a mathematics degree from the University of Texas. He received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and went on to complete a residency in Internal Medicine at Kaiser Permanente Foundation Hospital – Santa Clara. He then completed a residency in Nuclear Medicine at the University of California – Davis and was trained in MRI at Duke University.

Dr Glass is currently on staff at St. John’s and is the Section Chief of Nuclear Medicine at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. He is also a faculty member at UC Davis and UCLA. Dr Glass is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Nuclear Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, and Numerical Analysis. He has published numerous articles, and has lectured both nationally and internationally. In addition, he routinely presents and acts as a moderator at the Society for Nuclear Medicine Annual Meeting. Together with Dr Jabour’s pioneering advances in CT Coronary Angiography, Dr Glass’s expertise in Cardiac Nuclear Medicine have earned the pair national recognition for their findings in the current diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease. Dr Glass is also involved with lymphoscintigraphy with the Medical Imaging Team.

Geeta Iyengar, M.D.

Dr. Iyengar was born and raised in India. She graduated from the University of Pune, India where she received her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in radiology. She then completed her radiology residency in Aberdeen, U.K. and was a fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists. She completed an oncology imaging fellowship at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, and later joined as faculty of the Grampian University Hospitals Trust, Aberdeen, U.K. in 2002. She was involved in a large multi-center clinical trial in Europe, assessing the feasibility of CAD in breast screening programs.

In 2004, Dr. Iyengar became Assistant Professor in the Radiology Department, Women’s and Body Imaging Division at the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine, Los Angeles, California. Dr. Iyengar takes a keen interest in resident/fellow teaching and is actively involved in clinical research projects. Dr. Iyengar’s specialties are Breast Imaging and Breast Cancer.

Alberto Salcedo, M.D.

Dr Salcedo is a body and musculoskeletal radiologist who, with over 20 years of experience, is well-known on the Westside. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University – M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Polyclinic Medical Center, and completed his residency and fellowship at the University of California – Los Angeles where he was Chief Resident and Fellow in radiology and nuclear medicine.

Dr Salcedo is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Radiology. He is also a member of the American College of Radiology, the Los Angeles County Radiological Society, and the California Medical Association. He worked as the Director of Radiology, Chief of Staff at Pacific Hospital of the Valley and an attending staff radiologist at Santa Monica/UCLA Medical Center and the Spalding Radiology Center. Dr Salcedo has served as the Director of Musculoskeletal Imaging at Medical Imaging for the past 15 years.

Amy Yaghmai, M.D.

Dr Yaghmai is a well known neuroradiologist with a background in neuroscience research. In 2007, Dr. Yaghmai joined the MICSC team from SUNY Downstate where she was an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Radiology.

Dr. Yaghmai received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her Masters Degree in Neuroscience from the Medical College of Virginia. She then proceeded to obtain her Medical Degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Medicine. Beginning with her internship in Internal Medicine at White Memorial Medical Center, Dr Yaghmai later went on to complete her radiology residency at SUNY Downstate in New York City. She completed her two-year fellowship in neuroradiology at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Yaghmai has expert knowledge in the fields of diagnostic and advanced neuroradiology, body imaging and women's imaging.
